SaaS and platforms

From MVP to a product
that holds paying customers.

Real software, architected for year two. Multi-tenancy, billing, permissions and observability from the start — not improvised once the product grows.

Talk about my product

This is for you if

  • You have a validated idea and need it built without being built wrong.
  • You already have a rushed MVP and it cannot take any more growth.
  • You want to turn an internal operation that works into a product that sells.
  • You need a senior engineering team without hiring a senior engineering team.

This is not for you if

  • You want a throwaway prototype to show an investor. That is cheaper elsewhere.
  • The scope changes weekly and nobody is empowered to decide.
  • You expect a complete product in four weeks. It does not exist.

What is included

Domain modelling

Before any code, we understand the business and design the entities. It is the decision that determines whether the product can grow or stalls on the first unusual request.

Multi-tenant from day one

Data isolation between customers built into the architecture, not patched in later. Retrofitting it means rewriting the product.

Auth and permissions

Login, roles, teams, invitations and account recovery. The part everyone underestimates and that always comes back.

Recurring billing

Subscriptions, invoices, retries and cancellation — including what happens when a payment fails, which is where products quietly lose revenue.

Dashboards

One for your customer, one for you. Who uses it, what they use, where they get stuck.

Observability

Logs, alerts and metrics from the first deploy. When something breaks at three in the morning, someone knows before the customer does.

What we build with

A modern stack as the default. Every choice here has a business reason behind it, not a preference.

Next.js and TypeScript

One language from the database to the button. Fewer people needed, less lost in translation between layers.

Postgres or MySQL

A relational database with real transactions. Billing and permissions do not tolerate half-written data.

Prisma

Schema changes that are versioned and reviewable. Database migration stops being a sleepless night.

Code you own

The repository is handed over, with no licence of ours on top. If you ever want to move it to another team, you can.

Timeline and investment

SaaS has no list price because it has no list scope. What we have is a starting point — and from there the number follows the scope.

From €1,600

8 to 12 weeks

A focused MVP: one main flow, one user type, simple billing. The goal is the first paying customer.

Added to the quote

3 to 6 months

A product with several user roles, external integrations, reporting and a full admin panel.

Quoted per phase

in phases

A platform with several fronts, or migrating a legacy system that is still running. We break it into phases, each one usable.

We work in phases, each ending in something that runs. You are never six months in with nothing standing.
